Please try the new version to see if the problem has been fixed.
If the problem remains, please try to open the backup setting file, then save it as a new setting file.

If you need to run the task by Windows Service, you need the Business License or above.

If the tasks are "Run as Service", the log file are saved in "C:\ProgramData\RiseFly\BestSync", please check if there is service.fsl in the folder.
If BestSync can not save log to the file, you can try to delete the file to let BestSync create it again.

Because BestSync 2024 has encrypted the setting files. The user task settings are saved in a different folder than BestSync 2023 before, these settings will not be affected if you install the old version of BestSync 2023. But the tasks "Run as Service" are saved to the same file as BestSyn...

Could you please tell me what file system (FTP etc) the task is synchronizing with?
If it is FTP, please check if you have added BestSyncSvc.exe, and BestSyncApp.exe to the allowed list of Windows Firewall.

I can see that no TaskList.fsl has been created.
Please try to save the task list to another folder by "File"/"Save as" menu to see if the problem can be resolved.
