It is still syncing the entire folder

Ok I installed the newest version.

How do I set it up to only sync NEW files?

Using version Ver6.2.2.6(64Bit)

I have a folder with several thousand images and I only add several hundred in one shot but when I go to sync it takes many hours because it's syncing the whole folder, every time.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
