this does not seem to be a problem any more, as stopping all tasks that run as a service and re-enabling them seemed to do the trick.

I enabled the "Run scheduled task sequentially" option just to test, and restarted the services after that. The result was that after a couple days, all tasks were scheduled in queue, as once one of the tasks failed and was stuck in "scheduled in queue" status, all the other task...

I sent you an email with the exported task attached.
It was only yesterday that I restarted all stuck tasks, and today I found one of them stuck again. The status was “Scheduled in queue”.

No, none of the tasks is using VSS. There are 11 tasks, and they all are scheduled to run every 15 minutes. Is it possible that if 2 or 3 tasks overlap, then this problem appears?
