Hi there
I need to deactivate my existing licence so I can reactivate on a new computer. I have emailed risefly@risefly.com (on 19 July) to ask for help with this but have received no reply.
Please advise on the correct procedure - I would like to get this sorted out quickly!

I uninstalled and reinstalled, but no change - still having the same problems.
I finally got round this by recreating my list of tasks manually - not happy because this took me about an hour to do.
No errors showing now, but I have other issues - will list on a separate thread.

I don't think that's my only problem. I still get 'cancelled' status for all scheduled tasks. It is true that I had 'Process multiple files simultaneously' but not that I had more than 3 selected as I do understand my FTP limitation. I have always used that feature and it worked fine before I "upgraded" to the 2013 version. Has the licence feature changed in this version? I had a 2...

Unable to make payment!
