Files like .htaccess are not being copied, but I see no exclusion filter?

Maybe someone can advise me what the best setup is. I have: 1. 3 computers that I work on 2. 1 network drive 3. 1 cloud backup (JustCloud) I want 3 computers synchronized so I can work on any of the 3 and have latest data. So I think use network as central distribution, then backup from any to cloud...

I think I have changed the settings a few times before I started the first time, so maybe that was the problem.

To fix it I have set to one way, made 1 backup and then changed to 2-way. After that it worked well. (I did not see anything about first time).
