right now, there are entries when i view the log of each task. but service.log , the entries are these (see belosw). is this normal in previous version all transfer made are also listed here? so i tried your suggestion to go to file menu save as in different folder (d:\log\bestsync). but only 3 file...

Can i use bestsync to read/write files to IBM Aspera?

if yes, how would i setup bestsync and what version of bestsync should i use?

my bestsync license is business Edition.

"ASCII Mode" in "Transfer Mode" of "Advanced" setting of the FTP folder was selected and it is still occurring from time to time.

the files being send are system generated using pl/sql script thus no user is editing it.

any help is greatly appreciated..

correction it also happens to file size 50kbytes and up...

extra line problem usually happens for 1mb and up file size.


any advise how to go about it?

we have upgraded to that version and still encounter the problem when the problem occur, it is consistent for the extra line to appear on particular rows for some files everytime it generated for the whole day if there is no addition/removal of records. by next day, incase there additional / removal...

the largest file we ever send is only 13 mb. it is sometimes not getting transfer fully.

is it possible that the file generation is not yet finished but bestsync is already sending the file to the target server might cause the problem?
