Sorry, but then its not real time, with a delay on 6-7 seconds

More info: the sync task is between two folders on the same Windows Server 2022.

I just buy/installed the Best Sync 2024 - Ultimate - Version 19.0.1.5

My problem is that "real-time" sync is not real time, there is a delay of 6-7 seconds.

How can i get this delay dissapere or get it much lower, because i need sync right away ?
