Hello, Thank you to help me resolving my problem. I used the "Decrypt" utility software, I can access my file now :) I have uninstalled and installed BestSync with the latest version (64 bits), but no item "Encrypt <==> Decrypt" on the right click menu of the explorer :( Thank you.

I changed my PC and re-installed the latest version of BestSync (Premium License). But I don't have the "Crypt <--> Decrypt" item on the menu (right click on a folder or on a file).
I have some crypted file, but no way to read them.
