bestsync not including files in sync?

after an initial full folder->folder sync yesterday, i was looking forward to seeing how quickly bestsync would determine what had changed in doing a sync tonight.

but it ignored many files that had definitely changed.

am i correct that if on the filter tab i have *.*, then all files in the specified folder(s) will be checked?

and if i do NOT check "only files changed after(in) following time, then it will compare all files between the two folders?

Please try to select *.* in the "Filtering" setting, and donot select any timestamp filtering.
