Scheduled Tasks

We have set 2 Jobs to run as a service based on a hourly schedule. However they do not appear to run.

I am having the same issue.

I am using 7.0.2.4 (The newest version) Best Sync 2012 on a Windows 2008 server. I can run the job manually and it works and does what it needs to do but when I Run as a Service it never runs.

Let me know what you would suggest and if you would like me to email in my logs.

I have looked at this and have done this already. It shows Best Sync "Running as a service" but and it continues to run as a service until I stop it and nothing is ever synced.

If you would like to remotely connect to my server and verify all the settings, that can be arranged. I made a user account on the NAS device that I am connecting to just to make sure that wasn't the issue. Here is a sample of my log file

Have you setup a login account for the network drive and the impersonal account for the local pc that are necessary for a task running as a Windows service?
I have see the log, the task is started correctly, but it can not sync any file.
