Sync Outlook 2010 : no default email program found

Hello,

I'm using Best Sync V7.0.2.4 64b FTP (french version) with Windows 7 64 and Office 2010 64...
When I want to synchronise Outlook I have the message :
"There is no default email software, or the one used is not able to make synchronisation. Start Outlook and set outlook as the default email software" (it's my own translation, sorry).
Outlook is my default software, I had defined it in the "default software" part of Windows. When I use my "email key" of my keyboard, outlook starts.

Can you help me to solve my problem ?

Please confirm if you are really using BestSync 64Bit and Outlook 2010 64Bit.
