Possible to load multiple projects

I have a series of syncs I'm performing which I've split into separate project files. Is there a way to load multiple project files? BestSync does not appear to allow having multiple instances of itself open.

May be you can use the following command line to start multiple instances of BestSync application, each instance loads its own project file.
You can create multiple shortcuts of BestSyncApp.exe and using the commandl ine.
BestSyncApp.exe /i:1
BestSyncApp.exe /i:2
.....
