Email notifications not working

I use this config with every relay I have and mail goes out. There is no authentication required. The outgoing smtp provide relay ability for any machine whos ip address is listed in the exchange server. I am getting the following
error when I try to send a test mail.

SMTP Connecting
Smtp connecting failed, no internet conecton......

The smtp is internal and is reachable.

Cany thoughts.

This problem usually is caused by the Firewall or antivirus software blocks software from sending email.
Please add BestSyncApp.exe and BestSyncSvc.exe to the exception list of the Firewall and antivirus software. Also add the SMTP AND POP3 ports to the exception list of the Firewall and antivirus software.

did you check the "spam" folder?
sometimes they are placed there by mistake.
