Root Folders are downloaded from FTP. No files or subfolders
I can upload files to an FTP server but I can't seem to download files from the same FTP Server. When I try to create a task for download, it executes but only creates the folders in the root directory--sub folders are not created and files are not downloaded to the local machine. Why is this so?

May be BestSync failed to parse the file list data returned from the server. Please check if you are using the lastest version (7.2.17 later).

Unfortunately, I can't give you a test account to the FTP server because it's not under my control and I am not authorized to share the credentials I have with you.
