BestSync dont open

I have an Windows 7 (x64) and i am tring to use BestSync. I can install, i see the service running but when i try to open BestSync (ui i guess, service are running), it's dont open.

Use can open BestSync UI application by double click on BestSync ICON on the Desktop (see attached graph).

If still can not open, may be the installer has been failed.
Please uninstall Bestsync, then logon with User that has Administrator privilege, then install BestSync again.
If Bestsync is installed correctly, any User can start it.
