How to setup public/private key file for SFTP?

My companey, Nets Norway run file reception system on behalf of our customer collectin all type of files. We support several file transfer protocols and one of the most used these days is SFTP (ssh FTP) over Internet. However, we only allow use of public/private key pair for SFTP users.

Now I have a customer who would like to use your BestSync but he does not find a way to use public/private key pair and not password with your product. I look myself at your WEB and experience the same.

Do BestSync support use og public/private user keys generated at the sending server ?
