BestSync won't save project-file

I'm having a problem saving project-file. BestSync creates .fss-files, but no .fsf-file. When I exit BestSync, all my tasks are gone. I have tried to save to different locations, but nothing happens. This is a little annoying. I have tried it on different computers, but the same happens. What am I doing wrong?

We have confirmed that this is a bug from version 7.3.15.
Now the bug has been fixed, please download the version 7.3.17 from our website.
To restore the project setting, please exit BestSync. Find the project file, and rename it from .fsf~ to .fsf. You can restore task setting to one version before the last saved project.
