Failed to connect to updated SFTP server

Hello, we have upgraded our SFTP-server. In this process it generated new keys. Other ftp-programs just informs me that there is a new key, and asks if I want to save it. BestSync doesn't do that, it just returns this error:

Looks like the problem is solved. There was something wrong with the config of the server.
