Schedule Task

Hi There,

We are testing the system today and had the following problem:
"We set up the program for run every 10 minutes, it works manually wonderfully, however never runs automatically. We set up as a service to following the instructions from the web site, check the service is working, however schedule never kicks in, are we doing something wrong?"

If you setup the task to run as Windows Service to synchronize a Windows Shared Folder, please input the login account of the network computer and the local account to run the service.

Hi again,

Just to be on the safe side we tested on two directories on the C drive, so no network drive involved, still no luck. We can manually sync but scheduled tasks don't run. I am sure we are missing something but can't think off anything special with the settings. We followed the steps for scheduling in the web site, we can manually start but no luck with automated ones.
