delete issue and synchronization stop suddenly

One issue that I have is BestSync will stop suddenly. On the console it will write for that task "synchronization" but when I made verification on the FTP server it have no transfer. The synchronization can work sometimes 12 hours or 4 hours without issue.

A lot of service or user use this FTP server and report no issue. The BestSync user has full rights on the FTP

I saw this error in the log files. This error doesn’t stop the sync. All the time that this task is running I can receive this error. I received a lot of these errors but it will continue and suddenly stop
