Cannot stop task

Hello, I have upgraded from 2012 to 2013 and I have one Windows Mail task which I cannot stop. I select it and click on the stop icon but nothing happens.

If I double click on the task, I get the error 'this task is running, please stop the task before setup it'

I just want to remove the task. Is there any way I can do this?

May be the task was blocked by Windows Mail, you can kill BestSync in the task manager, start BestSync again, then delete the task.

Actually, I cannot stop any task after upgrading from 2012 to 2013. I have resolved by uninstalling 2013 and re-installing 2012.
