I'm trying to use your software with a livedrive's SFTP servers.
I get multiple errors (Rename file errors, Upload errors and Timestamp errors). Is there any chance you could look into this? I am of the impression that there can be a delay on livedrive after uploading a file before it actually appears in the directory - which I suspect is the cause of the problem.
SFTP & Livedrive
Re: SFTP & Livedrive
Sorry for reply you late, because we are busy for testing BestSync 2012.
We'll confirm BestSync 2012 with livedrive when we have time.

Re: SFTP & Livedrive
Any chance you can look at this now? I am using BestSync Ultimate on a Windows 7 Pro 64Bit machine and getting similar errors which I will try posting later. Livedrive is gaining market ground and is similar to the online services from Amazon and Google which you support. Would be great if you could make this work for everyone
Re: SFTP & Livedrive
Ok, so I am running sync jobs after checking the previews. Initially I was testing full syncs and now just a one way mirroring to rule out any version conflicts etc. However, Livedrive have built in file version backup i.e.they keep n version of files for x amount of days. I'm wondering if this might be causing some of the issues. Here are some of the errors as they appear:
I get a lot of these:
[1] filename: /Home Improvement Test Folder/Architect & Planning/Photos of Notice Display 25 FEB 2012/100_2050.JPG
[1] StatusResponseFromServer:
[1] Request: FXP_REMOVE

[1] StatusCode: 2
[1] StatusMessage:
[1] --InformationReceivedFromServer
[1] --StatusResponseFromServer
[1] Failed.
[1] --RemoveFile
[1] --ChilkatLog
and quite a few of these too:
[2] SetLastModifiedTime:
[2] filename: /Home Improvement Test Folder/General Supplies & Tools/Lighting Supplies/LEDs and LED Lighting products for the home_ Mood Lighting and Energy Efficient LED Lights, Waterproof Bars and Tape_files/_BS8_ABQRR5O223EQC_2C11_04_00_MD5_5DBC98DCC983A70728BD082D1A47546E_KN2XAZLSMZWHK6BNJVQWS3RNKA.BS_.jpg

Please note I am connecting via SSH / SFTP to both the off site Livedrive service and to my NAS folder. Initially, connection via SSH seems to work fine and inidividual sync tasks appear to recognised properly i.e. job to delete / rename folders / files appear to be listed correctly in preview.
All help welcome as I've exhausted about 12 hours on this issue already and am but a layman of BestSync syncing
PS: I had similar issues via WebDAV and switched to SSH after foolishly thinking it would help avoid any timestamp errors. I have noticed some timestamp errors in the folder "last changed" poperties etc after some of these have been created. This error appears to be random and is not consistent across all folders.
Let me know and I can always re-run a fresh test on a completely new folder if that helps.
PPS: Yes, I am using the very latest version of BestSync 64Bit (dl'd about an hour ago) running n a win 7 pro 64Bit machine.
