BestSync don't work when is in Tray Icon

Hi

I have 4 task that running as a service, but when Bestsync is in Tray Icon, the sync process don't Start !

If i connect to the RDP when Bestsync is installed and i Open the main windows, after some seconds all task start!

Can you help me ?

Thanks, but the Task Syncronize a local folder with an ftp Folder.

The strange thing is if BestSync is on a Main Windows work. If i disconnect my RDP session on the Server where Bestsync is installed, the Task process some time don't work !

I have installed the last release.

If you open the logview of the task, is there any error be logged?
Or please click the "Option"/"View log file" menu, is there any error be logged?

Unfortunately, no.

Seems to be in Standby....

The Strange thing is that if i open the Console, on Last Time field i see the correct value ( the task work every 2 minutes ), but for example are 10 hours that the task don't work.

Usually, the task run correctly in Windows mode, but fails to sync in Service mode, is that you have not setup a login account in the folder browser dialogbox. Please check if you have followed these steps:

My task sync a FTP folder with a local Folder, not a shared folder.

Anyway, today i have setup an account on the BestSync Service.

Also with a Logon User setup on Bestsync service, the Tasks don't work.

Work ONLY if bestsync is open on a main windows.

Hello Denis,

I have tested this issue on Remote Desktop, the result is OK.
BestSync does synchronize the task as Windows Service when the main window closed.
Could you please export the task setting, then send the file to risefly(a)risefly.com?
