We are trying to sync with a Rackspace Cloudfiles account, UK based (LON), and we always get the error message:
>POST /v2.0/tokens
<200 OK
Have not get the authentication token and service url.
Is this something you have seen before? Can the problem be fixed? Many thanks.

BestSync supports Rackspaces now.
It it possible that you have not setup "Username" and "Password" correctly?
Or please check if you are using the latest version of BestSync (Ver 9.0.5.9 later).

Yes, the username and password are correct - if I use incorrect details I get a message stating that my details are not recognised. Also we are definitely using the latest version, 9.0.5.9 - we still get that error message however.

We have just released BestSync 2014 version 9.0.6.1, the new version has supported more regions of Rackspace Cloud Files, and fixed some bugs when synchronize with Rackspace cloud files.
