Duplicate files to ftp folder

Hi everyone,

We use Bestsync V8.0.1.9(64bit) for EDI transactions. The EDI broker (ftp server) said that we send 2,3,4 times the same file... I try on an other ftp server witout any problems... Any Ideas...

May be because BestSync download a huge file in segments by multiple threads, it seems that BestSync download the same file multiple times.
