Sync/Copy ONLY files not folders

Have folders in my source folder with files within. Need to move the individual files to another folder without the folder being created.
The folders in my source folder have different names and will be changing constantly.
To say this another way.
The root folder has several sub-folders and I need to only move the files in the sub-folder not the sub-folder itself.

May be you can try the following option to copy all the files into one flat directory.
[attachment=0]CopyFlat.png[/attachment]
