Bug: BestSync 2014 job stopped sync under the running tab

Hello Support,

I have jobs scheduled running every 5 or 15 minutes; sometime I found that a few jobs under running tab and status as "queue to synchornizing"; and they actually stopped. I had to stop those jobs to clear them from the Running tab. then next schedule time they started to run.

My schedule for those jobs:

Start task when this application starts
service sync: Run task as windows service (need not user login)
Designate a schedule every 5/15 minutes

Please advise.

Have you confirmed that the following option (Option/Option menu) is NOT checked?

The mentioned option is checked at the moment. Do I need it NOT checked?

If you want the tasks run immediately after being started, please uncheck the "sequential" option.
