Installed version 9.1.1.2 after UN-Installing 9.0.6.2. Looks like background service is running without fail. I have noticed 2 items:
1) there is not a check box in the general sheet of the options dialog that allows the application to be run as Admin. as there is in 9.0.6.2. Have to start the main window with a right-click and run as admin command.
2) Previous version: When logging off the server and reducing the main window to system tray, the icon will still exist in system tray when logging back on.
On New version, Icon does not reappear in systray upon logging back on to server. One must use the desktop icon to bring the main window up.

For the question 1, May be BestSync thinks that the OS is not Windows 7/8, so it does not show the "Run as Administrator" option. What OS version are you using?
For the question 2, May be BestSync has not been auto-started by OS, please reset the auto-run option by the following steps:
1. Run BestSync by Administrator by right-click and run as admin command.
2. Open the option dialogbox, uncheck the auto-run option, exit the option dialogbox.
3. Open the option dialogbox again, check the auto-run options, exit the option dialogbox.
BestSync should be auto-started by the OS from the next reboot.
