We have recently upgraded to the newest version of BestSync to see if we could resolve an issue but the problem is still occurring. When BestSync uploads a file, the last modified date/time is set to the time of the upload not the files actual last modified time. We have gone into the Advanced settings of the FTP server and checked "Use MDTM..." under "File Time" and "Call CWD..." under "Misc." (we've tried both unchecked, both checked, and then we tried checking each one individually all the the same result). The problem is that next time it syncs it detects the time difference and tries to upload everything again.
As a workaround we've gon into the Sync settings and under "Filter" we've selected the "Only scan the source folder to detect..." option. The problem is that it sometimes with this option checked, it misses new folders that are put in the local folder (doesn't upload them).
This is a one way sync from a local folder to an FTP server. We've confirmed that, using FIleZilla, we are able to upload a file and it will keep the local file time so the server does support this feature (Pure-FTP).
In the BestSync log file shows it in the FEAT command - see below)

We've tried re-creating the item from scratch (even the whole project) and have uninstalled and re-installed the program, but nothing seems to be working. - all Can you maybe guide us to something we've missed?
FTP and last modified time
Re: FTP and last modified time
Though your FTP supports MFMT command (to set time stamp of uploaded file), but may be the server is not very compatible with BestSync.
Could you please export the task setting to a file, then send it to risefly@risefly.com, so that we can tuning with the FTP?
