Daylight Saving Issue

HI There

I have several tasks run under scheduled tasks to transfer files and create log files.
This weekend we had a automatic update of the time service on the server due to daylight savings.

This caused one of the scheduled tasks to "get stuck" and lock all the following tasks, preventing them from running.

Is there any way to take into account changes in daylight saving changes ? perhaps to suspend tasks on certain days between 11.55 and 1.30 am in the last week of the month when daylight saving comes into effect ?
My tasks are set to run every 3 mins, 5 mins, and 13 minutes at the moment.

I have looked into all available options in BestSync and cannot see any indication for taking daylight Saving into account.
