Longname file sync to FTP server got stuck

Hello Support,

This happened for a couple of time, the following file is generated during the Bestsync sync local disk with FTP server:
_BS8_AIHxxxxxx.BS_.txt (see the attached picture) size about 1KB. It got stuck during the transition; this job is pending there with the status syncing.....And cause the problem with the FTP server.

My question is: Why Bestsync generate this kind of file, how to fix the problem. version v9.1.1.1[attachment=0]longfilename.png[/attachment]

_BS8_AIHxxxxxx.BS_.txt is remained because error happened when transfer the file. BestSync will resume the transfer from the last break-point at the next the synchronization from the file.
If you need not this feature, please uncheck the following option:
Open Setting dialog box, uncheck "Use intermediate file during copy" of "Copy Options" TAB.
