SFTPOpen Error
Re: SFTPOpen Error
I have deselected Use intermediate file during copy...." in "Copy Options" TAB. Then had a new group of files submitted and the results were still SFTPOpen Error. When I deselected in same value in the Second move under BestSync, the file transferred successfully? Stay tuned for more updates.
Re: SFTPOpen Error
Here is my lastest update.
Attached is the log file of a transfer that failed using preview. two folders with files.
All files got the SFTP Open error.
After running this process by Preview, unsuccessfully, I ran a manual SFTP process using WINSCP program, and successfully transferred the files. Then when the job ran automatically it ran successfully. Something is going on with the CHIKALAT software being used for the SFTP process. Up until about a month ago we had NO issues like this with this product. But as of now this is causing us a great deal of pain in moving data files from one environment to another. We use this process 24 hours a day.
Would really appreciate some support here. We have done what has been asked of us to do to fix this issue and are taking into the fact that the Posting here and replies are 24 hours in response.
See attached for preview log file.

Re: SFTPOpen Error
OK, still fighting this SFTPOpen error message, but it seems to have changed. I have unchecked the use intermediate file and still not 100% success.
I am using SFTP to connect from a 2008 server to a 2012 server over a VPN.

This repeats for most folders in the folder. Once I get this error I must manually transfer the files via the WINSCP program, which is what comes up when I select the "Explore Folder 2" button.
I have checked on Folder2 and the permissions via the WINSCP program show as rwxrwxrwx on the folder. In Windows security panel for the folder it is accessible by EVERYONE and with FULL CONTROL. I can not determine why the transfer is successful for some folders/files and not others.

Re: SFTPOpen Error
Sorry for the problem, we use ChilKat SFTP component to implement the SFTP sync feature.
We are contacting ChilKat to see if they have any solution of this problem.

Re: SFTPOpen Error
Jianping Zhou,
Thank you for your reply. This is only occurring on 1 single task. I have other tasks using SFTP and even going to the same server and parent folder without this issue. What information can I forward to have Risefly assist me on this issue.?
