Duplicate file names

sorry for my English, i'm spanish.

We have problems with files names that contais "accents" (spanish). (Version 10.0.1.2)
Example:
Scenario: Bidireccional sync Windows folder (Folder 1)<-> FTP folder (Folder 2) (BOX Enterprise service)

Step 1: Create file "Holá" in Folder 1

Step 2 (Sync 1): BestSync copy "Holá" to folder 2

Step 3 (Sync 2): BestSync detect diferents files and want copy "Holá" from folder 1 to folder 2 and copy "Holá" from folder 2 to folder 1

The cause of this problem is BestSync can not convert the FTP name from the server to Unicode Windows file name.
Please try to set the UTF-8 codepage (or other codepage that works for the server) in the "advanced setting" of the folder browser of the FTP server.

I tested different codepage using preview task but the error has not solved.

After select the codepage, please try to synchronize the task once. Or delete the unneeded files manually.
Because old files that have been created by wrong codepage already exist.
