Issue with syncing large volume

I am syncing several folders, some which are 5+ TB each. I am using FTP to the destination. The jobs just sit there with 0 time remaining, 00sec used. I am using version 11.0.0.6. Any ideas?

I should note that the logs just show "cancelled" when I stop the job. I increased timeouts from 180 seconds to 300, 600, 900, to see if that might help but so far it hasn't.

Because the volumes are too large, and BestSync will not update the progress until 0.1% is processed, so it seems that BestSync is doing nothing.
Please just let BestSync synchronize the folders.
