BestSync 2016 - Problem with the license type

Hello,

we upgraded all our servers from Best Sync 2014 to 2016 (almost 15 servers) but now we have the problem that we can't use the SFTP Feature because it is not supported in the license type. But we have a registered Business license so everything should work.

We need fast help because we use BestSync in a productive live system.

Screenshot is attached (but german version). It says "The SFTP feature is limited by the license type".

Could you please help us?

Because your Business license is of an older version (2014), it is downgraded to Premium License on BestSync 2016.
You can order an upgrade license from the Premium License to Business License to use the SFTP feature.
