Message in Last time field: Has not synchronized yet.... what does this mean and how to resolve it.

After the task is synchronized once, it will display the last synchronized time.

While watching the task execute, it displays synchronizing, then scanning, detecting then back to not synchronized yet. File does not transfer automatically, file does transfer when use preview to start process. Process runs every 15 minutest, or is suppose to. What would cause this sort of action?

You need to press the "Start" button in the Preview Windows to start the synchronization.
After the task is synchronized, the status column will display the last synchronized time.
