other files got copied even not set in filter by type

hi,

we need to copy file with csv extension from source to the target folder with only scan folder to detect if files are changed option is enabled.
problem is other file type also got copied to target folder. pls advise on how to go about it.

bestsyn version: 2015 ver 10.0.4.1 64 bit

We have tested this problem on latest version 12.0.2.3, the new version worked correctly.
Please check if there is any other task synchronizing *.txt files, or download the newest version to see if the problem has been resolved.

12.0.2.3 resolve the issue however log viewer failed to log the activities vs the service log was able to log the activities.
pls see attached file. what did I missed out in the task creation that made it not to log in the log viewer? pls advise

I have seen the setting file, no problem found.
Not other people reported this problem until now.

Please check if "SYSTEM" user has write privilege to the following log file:
C:\ProgramData\RiseFly\BestSync 201X\service.fsl

i have granted all user grace full control for service.fsl file and reboot the computer . still it did not log.
another problem also is when i click the log viewer , it sometimes open but mostly it wont open.


this problem only happens for task that are in run as service tab. but for those that are in task list tab, the log viewer open and activities got logged in log viewer.

No other one has reported the similar problem until now, and we do not what is the cause of the problem.
Please try the following to see if the problem can be resolve.
1. Stop "BestSync Service" in the service manager of Windows.
1. Copy all the files in "C:\ProgramData\RiseFly\BestSync 201X\" to "C:\ProgramData\RiseFly\BestSync 201X.bak\"
2. Delete the folder "C:\ProgramData\RiseFly\BestSync 201X\"
3. Create a new folder "C:\ProgramData\RiseFly\" then rename it to "C:\ProgramData\RiseFly\BestSync 201X\"
4. Copy all the files in "C:\ProgramData\RiseFly\BestSync 201X.bak\" back to "C:\ProgramData\RiseFly\BestSync 201X\"
5. Start "BestSync Service" in the service manager of Windows.
6. End.
