I have a 200gb file that cant be uploaded due to it asking for a multipart upload (related to the previous issue I had where BestSync says it successfully uploaded it but its not showing up on the console)

Can you let us know how the sync process works for large files onto Amazon S3?

How do I configure that? I am trying to upload a file to Amazon S3 and BestSync that it is successful on the logs on BestSync however it is not showing up Amazon S3. It is a 200gb file but other files work fine (The closest file to it is 90gb). Is there a special configuration for BestSync to upload files multipart?

I have tried to upload the 200gb file manually and the error I get is due to Multipart upload, I guess BestSync is not able to sync it successfully due to that so I am asking how to configure that. Thanks

Bestsync uses Multipart upload automatically when upload huge files to Amazon S3, you need not to change any setting.
But to use the Multipart upload feature, the Ultimate License of Bestsync is necessary.

Hi RiseFly,

I purchased an Ultimate License for your BestSync software due to you suggesting that the multipart upload feature would only work if I had the Ultimate license however after getting that the 200gb file that I am trying to sync to my amazon s3 is still not showing up, on your logs it says that it is successful however I am not seeing it on my bucket.

Please get this fixed or I would like a refund if this cant be fixed. Thanks

I have tested this issue again, BestSync worked fine when it uploaded large files to S3.
Please check that you are finding the file in right S3 region and bucket.

I am definitely sure I am on the correct bucket and region but its not showing up there.

Do you know how I could confirm that BestSync is able to successfully upload the file on Amazon S3? Cause its only the 200gb file thats not being uploaded, everything else works fine. Theres about 50 - 60 files ranging from a few mb's to 200gb at most thats being synced. Everything works fine besides that single 200+gb file.

BestSync uses multipart upload if a file is larger than 5 MB, so if files more than 1 GB are uploaded correctly, then it should work with the 200gb file.
Amazon S3 multipart-upload supports up to 5TB size of one file.
