BestSync parameter(s)

Hello, is there a parameter (example /trayicon) to start BestSync at startup and start all tasks/services because on my server 2008r2 it won't start the tasks at a restart. (program starts fine btw at a restart)
Tasks are allready setup as a service, if i manual click the 2 arrows it runs fine.
Please let me know
