Hi,
I'm having issues trying to activate my computer.
Actuall I have one ultimate license for two computers and only one computer it's licensed.
In my second computer, when I try to activate (be it for e-mail or even by web) an message returns saying the following: "This is an upgrade license of [***Comercial] to [**Ilimited]. You may provide the [***Comercial] license first".
When I bought my bestsync license, I don't remind to have this "Comercial" license, only the ultimate...
What should I do?

I have send a e-mail yesterday and today I already got the response.
The RiseFly support team has sent me a new license.
