Synchronization/Encryption woith Amazon Drive

Hello
for a number of weeks, it is now very long to perform any synchronization with Amazon Drive. I am using Bestsync encryption and total size is approx 400 GB.

Bestsync says always "analysis in progress" and it begins to sync, and after a few files synchronization, it comes back to "analysis in progress"....Of course I have checked my internet connection with my ISP and on am on fiber link with Ethernet....

any insight will be very appreciated.

Have you checked "Real-time Sync:..." in the "Schedule" tab?
If the option is checked, the task will monitor file change, and start the synchronization immediately and no stop.
If you need not the feature, please uncheck the option.

Could you please change the password of Amazon Drive, export the task setting to a file, then send the setting file to risefly@risefly.com? so that we can give you more advice.
