hi,
I'm unable to view log for all the tasks regardless if successful or not. all tasks have record the log data for the log window enabled.
what do I need to do to be able to view the log?
version : BestSync 2019
English Version Ver14.0.1.6(64Bit)
os: windows 2003 r2 64 bit

i noticed also that view log icon is disable for all the tasks

The location of the log file is described here:

If the view log icon is disabled, it means that the log is not available.
Please check if the log file exists. If the log file exists, may be the log file is crashed, please delete it to see if the problem can be resolved.

have deleted the file service.fsl. filesize reached 9G
