task gets cancelled when unable to connect sftp server occurs

i notice task (real sync or scheduled) gets cancelled when bestsync is unable to connect sftp server for x tries and we need to manually start it again.

is there a way for bestsync not to cancel the tasks as no one is manning it 24x7 ?

You can just set a short schedule to start the start the task in a short period automatically.

i do not understand what do you mean? how shall i do that using bestsync?

You can set a larger retry times in "Copy Options" tab, so that the task tries more times when the connection error happens.
Or you can set a "Minutely" schedule in "Schedule" tab, so that the task is started in the short period.

i also have a task that is scheduled 1 min . but it got cancelled once bestsync detects unable to connect sftp server after x tries.
we have to manually start it.

You can not expect BestSync doing synchronization if it can not connect to the server.
A shorter schedule is the best selection.

what i expect is for it not permanently stop the task and have to manually start the task again.

this means i could not use real time synchronization as it stops the task permanently once it is unable to do synchronization after x tries.

i have increase the retries from 3 to 10, and the task gets permanently cancelled.
