How can I do if I can not find the network shared folder in the folder browser?
How can I do if I can not find the network shared folder in the folder browser?
I would like to synchronize a NAS drive, which is connected via a permanent VPN tunnel to an external location, with BestSync. However, in the selection window of file or network drives, this drive is not shown to me. I can't find the drive even if I try to manually set it up via network drives by entering the IP address. Is this possible and if so, what am I doing wrong? This function is a prerequisite for me to buy a license.

If you can not find the network shared folder in the folder browser, please check if your PC has enabled explore network folder.
Here is the help link:

If the shared folder does not present in the folder browser, you can just input its path in the network folder browser like
"\\net_server\folder"
