Account Password Reset Not Working

I have had problems with recovering passwords for my acconts. The reset email never arrives. I have checked our Forcepoint Email Security system and see no connection attempts to our Hybrid Cloud or intenral appliance. No attempts appear in the logs.I now have three accounts: mhorste, mhorstegmail, and mhorste2. The first two accounts are not receivign the password reset emails. Registration does prevent me from reusing an email address so I have been using various personal emails in addition to my work email. I am also not receiving emails regarding Forum updates to my open tickets. This is happening with a GMail account as well.

Hello,
I have deleted mhorstegmail and mhorste2. so you can use the email address to register again.
