SFTP Error: The file does not exist

Hi,
I copy numerous daily files to a particular IP without a problem. However, there is a file I have to copy manually using WinSCP because I receive the error message, "SFTP Error: The file does not exist" using BestSync. The only difference to this file is the size is generally between 1gb and 2gb.
This used to transfer successfully before upgrading to 2024. I've reinstalled the software and still the same issue.
Any ideas why this is happening?

The copy now works.
I had to turn off "Verify file by the available method from the serber or by comparing content" on the Copy Options tab.
