We have been using the Best Sync program for many years and are very satisfied with it.
We use it both to maintain a so-called hot sync on a network drive and as a backup system with the folder structure that the program creates when files are changed or deleted.
However, we have recently encountered a problem where synchronization does not complete. The log does not show any relevant information. The service keeps running continuously, and the status says "Synchronizing – Backup is being maintained." However, the hot sync network drive is no longer being updated, and no new folders appear in the backup folder structure.
What can I do to identify the problem? Thank you very much!

Re: Bestsync24 gets stuck with status syncronising
Thank you for reaching out and for your continued support of our BestSync program. I am glad to hear that you have been satisfied with our software over the years. I understand that you are currently experiencing an issue where synchronization does not complete, and the log does not show any relevant information.
Based on the information provided, I would recommend the following steps to identify and resolve the issue:
1. **Verify the Backup Folder:**
- Please check if the backup folder is valid and accessible. Ensure that there are no permissions issues or other restrictions that might be blocking the synchronization process.
2. **Test with a Different backup folder:**
- Try creating a new synchronization task with a different configuration to see if the issue persists. This can help determine if the problem is specific to the current task setup.
3. **Check for Conflicting Software:**
- Ensure that no other software (such as antivirus or backup software) is interfering with the synchronization process.
