For back-ups we are getting the following errors:
Failed:Access is denied.
Failed:The directory is not empty.
Success (Unable to set file time).
Windows 11
We have set long paths enabled
Ver19.0.1.6(64Bit)
Please advise?

Could you please post the capture that includes the strings of Folder1 and Folder2? so that we can see the file systems.
"Success (Unable to set file time)":
This is the warning message that the file system does not support setting the timestamp of the copied file.
"Failed: Access denied":
The error is that the user account does not have the privilege to access the folder or file.
"Success (Unable to set file time)":
