Upgraded to the new version with my Ultimate License. I cant set speed limits. where did they get moved to?

We have confirmed that this is a bug from ver 5.3.00, the bug has been fixed in the version 5.3.04.
Please download the new version from our website.
The speed limitation feature is available only when the task is synchrinize with the FTP, FTPS (FTP over TLS/SSL).
When FTP (or FTPS, FTPES) is selected in the file system of "Folder2" in "General" Page, the "Speed Limits" tab will be displayed.
