we have upgraded to that version and still encounter the problem
when the problem occur, it is consistent for the extra line to appear on particular rows for some files everytime it generated for the whole day if there is no addition/removal of records.
by next day, incase there additional / removal of records... this problem may or may not occur.. once it occurs, extra line will appear on that same row. again
example for abc.csv (windows) it will always appear row 1697, 9420,17613 etc,,,
AA-BI~AA-BI~.005~JPS1~ (line# 1696)
AA-BI~AA-BI~.005~JRC1~ (line# 1697)
when it get transferred to linux
AA-BI~AA-BI~.005~JPS1~ (line# 1696)
(liine# 1697) extra line
AA-BI~AA-BI~.005~JRC1~ (line# 1698)

We have tested BestSync severely related to the ASCII conversion (converting Windows Carriage-return code to Linux Carriage-return code) .
You must select "ASCII Mode" in "Transfer Mode" of "Advanced" setting of the FTP folder.

"ASCII Mode" in "Transfer Mode" of "Advanced" setting of the FTP folder was selected and it is still occurring from time to time.
the files being send are system generated using pl/sql script thus no user is editing it.

If you find some files has the problem, may be this file are uploaded by an old version.
Please try to use the preview of the task, modify the synchronization-action to upload, upload the files again to see if the problem can be resolved.
